Wilder has been outboxed several times. His power just bails him out. Fury in good form would make Wilder look absolutely garbage. But avoiding that bomb for 12 rounds is a big ask for anyone. Fury also has no power so he has to count on going 12. And getting a fair shake on the cards with the Joshua fight on the horizon isn't a given.

      Hard to say

Boxers tend to look better when facing better opposition

Its not rare to see boxers produce lacklustre performances vs lower opposition, e.g. saunders vs akavov, although that may have had more to do with the shape billy joe was in.

If a fighter opens up then fury is gonna look good. His last 2 opponents came to survive. Fury is not a seek and destroy type of guy. If we judge him on how effective he was in not getting hit then he did well

But i dont know if my eyes are deceiving me but fury seems to have lost some snap in his punches

By the way OP, wilder is a low output fighter. He throws less overall punches than wlad although i do think we will see him throw more and if fury has indeed lost snap then i sense wilder will walk through him

The fact that OP is asking this question is exactly why Al Haymon is as rich as he is

Saying Fury has no chance to win is nonsense. Wilder's punching power has scored KOs for him a few times when he was losing on points to guys not half as good as Fury. If the fight goes the full distance Fury has an excellent chance of winning more rounds than Wilder.

            Fury by KO / TKO.

He has lost 10 stone. But that was 4/5 months ago. He is presumably on 5k cals+ per day training and getting strong. He is not going to be drained.

He can't be outboxed in the first few rounds. So Wilder will be behind and therefore have to be the aggressor and busier in mid to late rounds. And with limited boxing skill, you charge at a 19 stone 6ft 9 bloke with good timing and there is a good chance thats lights out.

Can't rule out it going the distance in which case Wilder on points for being the agressor late on. Plus he was ahead on points against Ortiz! So bit of home advantage in that department.

I don't see any way wilder can win.

I bet the house on fury.

Even though I think wilder wins this you would be crazy to think fury has no chance

its highly possible he can win how many times recently have we seen the boxer beat the puncher

Strategically wilder has no chance to beat Fury. I can't see it. It's going to be a complete shutout. A complete domination by fury.
