that's 100% real pic of GGG fight night. GGG on his way before the press conference or right after the press conference had on huge glasses to hide his mangled face from the media. But a fan a woman apparently saw him asked for a picture and either he took the glasses off on his own or she asked him but he took it off and took the pic with the fan. The girl posted it online and it viral and someone just added the MJ Thriller to it. But GGG's face is not altered at all. If you look hard enough online you can find the original pic with the girl. LMAO
