Pac will be motivated by a Mayweather payday and will look for an impressive victory. Broner will get hit with a big shot and look to cover up for the remaining fight same as when he fought Garcia. Through volume punching Pac will win. Pac was way too much for Vargas and Broner struggled to get a questionable draw with a Vargas who weight drained himself and had a shorter training camp. Broner only has a lucky puncher's chance to win and that's it and he couldn't keep Malinaggi off him so I don't see Broner keeping Pac off him especially with someone who has volume and power.
