Should there be a weight limit at HW?

To be honest I think once you get past about 250 you start to get diminishing returns. If anything the extra weight might turn into a disadvantage. This hasn't really manifested for Miller yet but that might just be down to the standard of opposition. I do think there's room for a "super cruiserweight" division somewhere around 215 though if we move cruiser back to 190Comment

Sanctioning bodies have to be inclusive, it's not like MMA where there's no separation of powers and the UFC can freely make its own weight classes and rankings and exclude who it wants. The ABC orgs need to take everybody at all levels and corners of the sport into account. Can't tell a fat guy like Butterbean or a freak like Valuev to just quit because there's no weight class for themComment

Unless you are some freak of nature if you are over 300 pounds then you are the one in danger of getting hurt form a strong athletic 220 pound manComment

Miller seems to be able to provide a lot of pressure and a high output. His defense isn't too bad either. It's kind of an oddity.Comment

Honestly Miller's ability to maintain such a good output and pace is su****ious to me. But it might just be because no one's been able to take him out of his comfort zone yetComment

I get what you’re saying and it’s a much more complex scenario than that of UFC.Sanctioning bodies have to be inclusive, it's not like MMA where there's no separation of powers and the UFC can freely make its own weight classes and rankings and exclude who it wants. The ABC orgs need to take everybody at all levels and corners of the sport into account. Can't tell a fat guy like Butterbean or a freak like Valuev to just quit because there's no weight class for them
But if boxing loses the Butterbeans, Valuevs, Taison Dong’s etc that’s good for the sport IMO, this is high level combat not a freak show.
I also think it’s extremely dangerous allowing a guy to fight someone 100 lb’s heavier than himComment
