Former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will return to the ring on December 1, against veteran and countryman Alfredo Angulo. After the fight against Martinez, Chavez Jr. looked much worse. Maybe the drug and alcohol abuse was a significant contributor to that decline. We may never know for sure....

All my life I’ve looked up to Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Every time I was in a pinch, I would ask myself, “What would Julio do?”. Hearing that he abused alcohol and drugs shattered my heart. I am shocked.
