PBC in 2018 alone has given us better fights on a more consistent basis than Top Rank has in the past 2 or 3 years.

Ocampo was a mandatory. Crawford and Top Rank actually cherrypicked Benavidez who wasn't even ranked. They had to set up a fake confrontation before the Horn fight and use that as an excuse.

Granados and Lopez are joke opponents that would lose to Mean Machine. Ugas is a credible opponents
