Brook was pretty much winning every round until the corrupt ref saved Lil G'. He was getting lit up like a Christmas tree.

It won't be any more competitive. That said, Brook vs GGG was competitive while it lasted. Garcia/Spence will be less competitive, even if Garcia goes the distance. Not because of size or weight but because Spence will track him down and pound him. If that doesn't happen I would suspect Spence were going light for the sake of the (Haymon) team.

Other than that, Garcia is gonna get a beatdown. But he may have a few moments ... Garcia is a good boxer. He can probaly hit almost anyone at some point, but ...

Yes, Mikey is an elite level fighter moving up, Brook was not and never will be...

Will Garcia-Spence be more competitive than Brook-GGG? Or will it be a rerun?
Mikey Garcias is a small JrWW imo, anf Spence seems to be a big WW, while Brook was a big WW, and GGG an average MW.

The difference may be skill level.

Mikey's level is a league or two above Brook's, while it's harder to compare GGG and Spence since both have a thin resume as far as quality.

Brook was getting knocked out by a much better tougher harder punching fighter. You have this dislike for GGG and will never give him the credit he deserves. Brook was not in GGG's class and never had a chance to win.
Brook only had success against GGG because Golovkin showed absolutely no respect to Brook’s power or ability.

As you say he wasn’t in his class and GGG knew he was levels and levels above Brook.
