                  Chesapeake Energy Arena, Oklahoma City - WBO junior welterweight world champion Maurice Hooker (25-0-3, 17 KOs) got off the floor to batter, drop and stop previously undefeated Alex Saucedo (28-1, 18 KOs) in the seventh round. Hooker was making the first defense of the vacant title that he captured with a shock twelve round decision over Terry Flanagan June.

                      Have to give Hooker credit, his strategy worked. It was like Rocky against Clubber Lang in their 2nd fight, Saucedo punched himself out in that 5th and Hooker came back and beat the piss out of him in the 6th and 7th. Great performance, Hooker has gotten A LOT better since that Perez fight
