It might actually be Pacquiao, he has 9.
    1x WBC 112, 1x IBF 122, 1x WBC 130, 1x WBC 135, 3x WBO 147, 1x WBC 154, 1x WBA 147.

ODLH also has 9 so it’s between them two off the top off my head

Edit: Floyd has 11, my bad lol
    Holyfield also has 11.

I'm pretty sure Anthony Joshua unified from 160 all the way to HW.

Canelo must have a decent number now. Not the most, but a fair number for a guy of his age.

Who cares? A lot of them are paper alphabet titles. Joe Calzaghe was Lineal champion at two weight classes at the same God damn time. Suck it noobs, YDKSAB!!!

I believe Roy Jones is at 9, and ten if you count when they upgraded his WBA title to a Super title while champion.
