Hearn has held up Yafai's career too much waiting for the Gonzalez fight. You can't manage little guys the same as bigger ones, you need to move them quicker and take more risks because their primes are shorter and the general public isn't interested in them unless they do something special

no thanks on the third match for now. the second match was very clear and decisive. there was zero controversy so no need for a third at the moment, especially since he hasnt fought anyone since.

he deserved the rematch as he was the previous champion and the scoring in the first one was iffy. but sor rungvisai gave him the rematch with the result being very clear. sor rungvisai has since beaten estrada as well so he's solidified.

if he wants a rematch he has to show that he can even fight at 115 first. he's 1-2 in this weight class at the moment. maybe if he wins some more belts first and shows that he still has it then a rematch could be warranted.
