Spence was in VADA before, USADA, the WBC program... Sanctioning bodies need to make drug testing mandatory across the board like the UFC did. Before that you didn't see UFC guys volunteering for certain testing. Maybe Spence doesn't want people showing up at his place at 4am like VADA and USADA are known to do. It definitely doesn't mean he's juicing. And to anyone that actually knows about combat sports and athletes in general they are ALL on something and the drug tests are not adequate to catch it. Unless someone screws up or gets reckless.
