Good to see Joel back in the ring. I think he's still under rated as a fighter and that he's got enough in the tank to make some noise.

Yeah I really like Casamayor also......he has only lost to top notch guys and some would say he should have won a couple of fights he lost.....Like Castillo and Freitas.I always enjoy watching Joel and hope he can pull it out against a scrappy guy like Pearson.

I think Casamayor's days as an elite are over. I hope not, since he is one of my top 10 favorite active fighters today, but against Kid Diamond he definitely looked like a fighter who is on the cusp of falling out of the top 10.

I believe vs Pearson the fight is at 140 lbs. Perhaps this move up in weight will give Casamayor more energy.
