If the WBC isn't attached to this fight there's likely not going to be any VADA testing.

The IBF though has the 2nd day weigh ins so it's not as if Spence will come in HUGE. If he has to weigh no more than 157 for Saturday weigh in I highly doubt he's putting on another 10-15lbs at the buffet table literally hours before a fight.

No and I get the su****ion he preferred a Mikey fight over Porter is due to testing. I think he was a fighter specifically singled out as having refused it. That's different from not enrolling voluntarily IMO and is a big red flag.
