    NSB PICK 'EM #66. 16th November 2018

    Friday 16th November

    Oklahoma City, USA (UTC-6)

    Maurice Hooker vs Alex Saucedo

    BETTING ODDS:

    Hooker: 4/7 Saucedo: 11/8

    Ways fighters can win:
    Decision: WIDE or CLOSE
KO: EARLY (1-4), MID (5-8) or LATE (9-12)

Examples of the ways you can state your decision:
PICK EM CREW, Hooker, Dec, Wide x2
PICK EM CREW, Saucedo, KO, LATE
If no multiplier is specified in your pick (ie x2, x3) then it will be assumed that no multiplier is being used (x1)
If you wish to pick a Draw result, simply state your Username, both fighter names and DRAW, ie:

PICK EM CREW, Hooker Saucedo, DRAW
If there is only one fight on a pick 'em thread it is acceptable to merely pick 'DRAW' without including the fighter names.

IMPORTANT NOTE: NONE OF THE WBSS FIGHTS CAN BE SCORED A DRAW - ONE FIGHTER WILL ALWAYS BE DECLARED A WINNER. ANY UNCORRECTED DRAW PICKS ON THE WBSS WILL BE WASTED.

    NOTES:
-Draws are worth 120pts. A perfect pick without a multiplier is 30pts.

-CLOSE is <12 pts difference, or anything closer than 116-112 on all three scorecards. WIDE is >=12 pts difference, or anything equivalent to 116-112 on all three cards or wider.

-If you'd like to change your pick before the fight starts, post in this thread to do so. Ideally tag me so that I don't miss it.

-2X doubles your points and 3X triples your points. Everyone starts with 5 doubles and 3 triples to use throughout the year. If you forget how many you have left, check the leaderboard in the master thread.

Apologies for leaving only a couple of days between putting up the thread and fight night, gentlemen. Forgot we had a Friday fight this week.

Gotta say I'm with Hooker on this one - despite some reservations that it's TR card in Saucedos home town. I've never thought Flanagan was that great, but he's a step above anyone else either of these two have fought and Maurice beat him beyond all possibility of favourable judging in his (and my) back yard. If Hooker can come to Manchester and do what he has to I'm banking on him doing it in Oklahoma city too. Saucedo is tough, fierce fighter for sure, and both of these guys can box, but I'm thinking Hooker is the more polished of the pair by a margin.

Gonna be a war though I think, really looking forward to this one.

          KOBA: Hooker, DEC, Close.
