    Time for a boxing lesson.

Some of you guys keep parroting the same things so let's have a quick boxing refresher.

    1. Boxers are HUMAN BEINGS and some start slower.
-This isn't some ****ing F1 Grand Prix race where everybody is starting from 100.

    2. Styles make fights.
-If one fighter fights unorthodox then the better schooled boxer needs to spend more time studying him to find out his game plan. There's a reason an orthodox style exists.

    3. Stamina exists.
-It's so easy for people to say, "Hurr durr he was doing good before he gassed.". Well why do you think he gassed? Because he went harder to get the early rounds. Once again common sense.

yeah I wish people understood this instead of saying "HE STRUGGLED".... some fighters like to wait until their opponents tire before they start opening up. Like wilder vs Washington, usyk belllew, etc

Not sure I follow what you mean in comparison to F1? Am I being ******?

I think fundamentals are lost on this forum because its become so much about 'picking a side' and then just trolling to get one up or starting an argument.

In F1 the cars are basically useless when slow but can handle and brake incredibly well when warmed up. Some boxers just need to warm up to show off their skills.

I'm trying to just be on the fence and enjoy events rather than hate.
I think the turning point for me was when Wilder said that fans should just stick to being fans and not getting involved in the business site because its just too confusing and no-one knows all of the details. It has been the only thing to date that I agree with, that has come from Wilders mouth

it's also basically at HW. these guys lose weight to get to 200 lbs, and balloon back up. in 1950 both of these guys woulc be considered big HW.

at HW, and this high at CW and even at 175 and even MW you have to understand that it doesn't take several rounds to turn the tide. it can all turn on one punch. usyk had bellew, a compartively basic, if spirited fighter with some power, all figured out. it doens't matter if he lost rounds, he wasn't going to lose the fight. he let tony blow his wad, got his timing, and once he was in a corner he put a beautiful two piece on him.

if you look closely, you can even tell that usyk had "felt out" bellew's power and adjusted. he even takes a shot right before the final combination that ends the fight. it just doesn't matter. the tide had already turned, and that's something a lot of you guys don't understand because you don't wathc a lot of fights between guys who are over 200 lbs and can put each other out with one or two big shots.
