Lozada just lost to a bum, Verdejo needs to move forward and maybe in the future beat the **** out lozada in a rematch. Even Ali,Duran,Pacman had looses.

I he showed us how good he isn't in his last 2 fights before the loss. If you're arguing that somehow he's improved, then it's fair game for others to think he should demonstrate that against competition a step below Hooker, who is the real deal.

Everybody knows Verdejo had a long lay off and was coming off an injury, but i think he should fight better fighters and move forward, maybe in the future avenge his loss IF he keeps winning... but hey that's just my opinion...

Verdejo can figh Lozada anytime, he can go for better opponents and rewards, I know he will beat Lozada if a rematch happens it will look like Cotto vs Margacheatto in the rematch...

Some fans gave up on Verdejo but that can create a burning desire inside him and if he funnels all the doubts and criticism he has heard into a focal point, he can use that. He can step into the ring with that guy and make a statement. Unbolt all his tools and let his fists fly. He can prove people wrong. I get behind guys who have been down and rise back up. He is a good guy, one of the most likable guys in the sport.
