It tells me that there wasn’t even a scintilla of evidence for a DA to convene a Grand Jury for an indictment. The level of evidence needed for an indictment is not beyond a reasonable doubt. In fact the bar is extremely low for a grand jury indictment (a propondernce of evidence). So no the fairy tales about child **** for Oscar are not true. No DA would EVER let Oscar walk. He’s a drug addict he doesn’t promote his fighters. He wasn’t even there when Canelo signed his DAZN deal he was also absent when Canelo fought the biggest fight of his life.
