I used to like watching Holt back in day, that Diaz KO was another highlight along with the Torres fight obviously. I doubt he does well in a comeback though, he’s been out since the Lamont fight which was early 2013 if I remember correctly

Holt used to be pretty good and he could hit hard but he never was anything special on his best day and he was inconsistent. He usually lost when he fought a top 10 world rated fighter. Guerrero looked horrible in his last few fights so I can't get excited about a Holt vs Guerrero fight. It would probably be an entertaining brawl to watch between watching better fighters fight.
