he would smash any current British level cruiserweight. He's still beaten half decent names like Chilemba, Masternak, Makabu. None of them are great of course but they would comfortably beat a domestic level fighter. A shot Haye would still absolutely drill a domestic level fighter.

I think he is world class. Maybe I have low standards but I think if you can beat a decent fighter for a world title you become world class. Bellew beat enough good fighters for me to consider him world class. He is more than just British level because no British cruiserweight could beat him and few British boxers made the money he made to my knowledge AJ and Fury excepted of course.

He could barely beat a shot Nathan Cleverly by SD at cruiser. He's British level, but fought in a very weak cruiser division.
