I expect Loma to move up anyway and drop the belt, leaving Crolla an empty belt to fight for. I think Hearn is happy for the cash grab and will just bid to bump the price rather than win. Loma in the UK would be great and bring some cash in but not good for ESPN.
No way in hell Arum would allow Hearn to have Loma on DAZN. No matter what money is involved, he wouldn't allow Loma to fight Linares on HBO when HBO was offering more money. Hearn was oubid for the Hooker/Saucedo fight. Mikey/Loma is a way bigger fight and Arum only makes it if he has it his way on ESPN. Hearn is all talk, he makes it seem like he'll push for every fight to go to purse bid so he can win and put it on DAZN. Till this date he has yet to win a purse bid and has had his fighters withdraw from fights because of them.

Win win for Crolla, he either gets a big showdown with a guy who will go down as a a.t.g and gets one last fat paycheck for it aswel, or loma vacates and crolla challenges for vacant title against someone he has a chance of beating on home soil.

Loma need to take the fight and do it early in 2019 so that you can fight 4 times next year, 2019 for Loma is

          - Anthony Crolla
          - Chaniev/Commey winner
          - WBC champion
          - 140 Tornament winner

Not beating Arum and ESPN, already lost to them multiple times in Purse Bids but hey keep Selling Dreams Eddie!

I can't see this fight being competitive at all. I think Loma stops Crolla after six or seven. Just on a much higher level.

                He is 30, not 32.

Hopefully ESPN wins and Lomachenko doesn't stifle his exposure fighting on an obscure app.
