It's still a jump in weight, and not a wise undertaking this early in his career. But I'd love to believe he could have a Michael Spinks-moment before his career's conclusion.

Usyk will be 32 before his next fight. How long would you prefer him to wait?

I hope usyk fights the top HWs....but weightclasses matter.
Wilder came in light vs Ortiz and was 225, 6'6, 83 reach.
USYK has a 78 inch reach. Joshua is 82. Fury is 86.
I don't expect Mikey Garcia to beat Spence. Same logic. Skills matter but at at pro level, usyk is the one that has to get inside. Good luck with that when the other guy hits hard and will have a full training camp just to practice hitting your southpaw movement coming in. Now if usyk had rjj or Floyd athleticism, he could have a much better chance but he doesn't.
Wilder was 214 against Ortiz, which I'm willing to bet is about 10 pounds less than the weight that Usyk steps into the ring at.

Well, he had his hands full with Bellew - and don't expect Usyk to salvage a fight the same way against the Titans.

If this were 1918, not 2018, you'd be on to a relevant point. But obviously there's a lot left on his odometer. Unless, of course, he finds himself career-shortening tilts at Hw.

I only see the big three being able to beat him.

The guy is a tool. I recommend not to waste time on him at all.

                  Look at this self praise:

After that would it then be reasonable to expect this trash:

In other words dude is not taking age and experience into account and he somehow omits the obvious comparison which isn't Spinks but Holyfield.

Usyk blew him out in the first round. Complete one-sided drubbing.

And here I was oddly recalling that Usyk had been down on points.

                      Different strategies.

Do you really think Marciano and Moore were the same size? Duran and Hearns? Olivares and Arguello?
