      You miserable bstard.

He beat Haye before the injury and beat him in the rematch.

      Give the guy some credit.

What have you done today except keyboard criticise?

Haye was finished when he pulled out of the Fury fight. Everyone knew his body was done as did his trainer. When he came back, who did he fight and what ranking were they? Bellew knew this and clearly stated "his legs are gone" when he challenged him. This is he guy who couldn't put a dent in Cleverly at LHW nor Cruiser.

Bellew did well to over-achieve and get lucky with Haye but every time he really stepped up to a fair and square challenge (Stevenson and Usyk), he was destroyed.

I'll mostly agree except you've exaggerated how past it Haye was. He was winning rounds and nearly got Tony out of there and would beat non elite HW's. You are similarly needlessly writing off Bellews achievements.

That was the only point. He's retiring. You non appreciative tomato chuckers. Give it a break.

Haye deliberately fought nobodies after coming back from injury as he knew he was severely diminished - his trainer, Adam Booth, saw that and didn't work with him despite being with him since the beginning.

Bellew only called him out saying "his legs are gone" and he "doesn't have it anymore".. so it was a calculated move and a good one for his career.
