That's the problem with negative people, always looking for problems to solutions.

Give credit to Mikey for stepping up big time and credit to Spence for accepting the challenge.

Probably doesn't got the juice to call for that. Or to get that I should say. Obviously could make the request, but I don't see him getting it.

Lomachenko should grow ballz like Mikey & move up to fight Crawford.

that is good, although i think 140 is as high as he should go, even at 140 he looked slower and not that strong...i just dont know how it affects a body for him to go that high and then might return to 135 in next fight,,

Much rather see Mikey at 135, or if not that, 140. Spence should tell him to beat it and call out Bud.

I don't see the big deal.

Mayweather beat Canelo easily. Nobody had a problem with that fight being made. In fact people wanted Mayweather to fight GGG.

Is it really far fetched for Mikey to be to fast and slick for the bigger Spence?!

I agree. paulie always makes a big deal about weight classes because he got his ass kicked the first weight class he moved up. Plenty of fighters move up from 140 to 147 and do just fine. Paulie was just always physically weak compared to most boxers.

Mikey wants to be great and is making a big business decision that most fighters refuse to make(or can't make because they don't control their career) , he feels confident that he can compete to the extent that he will manage to not be blown out, he is making a smart move because of the narrative it creates: Mikey is a warrior and fearless, then, depending on the outcome, a competitive loss makes him look good
There is one big difference between Mikey and all the guys you mentioned, they all had an athletic advantage (for Duran it was more of a powerful punch advantage) so, is mikeys advantage in skill and experience substantially higher than Spence? I say yes, that might be the difference
