Wbo will definitely make Usyk there mandatory because he was there champ at cruiserweight, ibf won’t skip over pulev, they could probably get the wba to make them there mandatory aswell

Usyk should be the Co Main Event on April 13th. Hopefully Usyk vs. Miller

Lets be honest here. In 12 months Joshua vs. Usyk will be a big profitable fight and bigger than Joshua vs. Whyte/Pulev/Miller/Chisora. Usyk will be introduced to the UK & US public as PPV headliner on Saturday and then build up as a star in the coming 6-12 months. Maybe Hearn tries Usyk to fight Wilder in 2020 and then Joshua vs. Usyk will be even bigger in 2- 2,5 years for all the titles.

I disagree. Sooner would be better for Usyk. Get the big pay day before he gets stopped by a lesser fighter. Usyk isn't an HW and doesn't have the power to compete at HW.

After the WBO mandatory then there is the IBF mandatory vs Kubrat Pulev. Then at the beginning of 2020 at the earliest will be the IBF's mandatory vs Jarrell "Big Baby" Miller.

Then, if the Usyk bout ever takes place it will have to occur at the earliest of late 2020.
Typically the sanctioning orgs allow one voluntary defense in between each mandatory in the rotation. Also the WBO may allow him to shoulder in as their Champ at Cruiser as pointed out by Canary above... not guaranteed (it's at the commitee's discretion rather than codified), but not unlikely either. I expect that will depend on what kind of money is being thrown around.

Hasn't Usyk got a mandatory status himself as the WBA super champ or something? I thought read something saying he had the right to challenge the WBA Champ above and/or bellow CW.

And that will be a good thing. Because he will fight Wilder for the undisputed heavyweight championship. Wilder-Usyk. That will be the fight. Wilder will have the WBC and the lineal. Usyk will have WBA and IBF.
Do you not recognise the WBO?

As the WBO Super Champ. WBO Champs in each weight division except HW have a mandatory status if they move up in weight. Loma & Crawford exploited that status when they moved up.
