FACT: the ONLY official negotiation died in Dec 2009 because the two sides were 10 days apart..... Pacquiao demanded a 24-day cutoff, Mayweather was only willing to give him a 14-day cutoff

FACT: there is no such thing as a cutoff date for OSDT, Olympic athletes test right up to the fight..... Pac literally made that up lol

FACT: there was no other negotiation until Manny/Floyd talked at a basketball game
