was nobody else impressed with the fact that Manny out-boxed/out-slicked/out-manuevered Larios? I mean he wasn't being given a chance at looking good if the fight went past round 5 or 6 but he made Larios (who is a solid boxer in my opinion) look pretty bad without KOing him

You gotta remember, the last time Pac won a decision was 1997. Since then, Pac has had all these sensational KO/TKO victories and in a way, he kind of spoiled his fans. Now, they don't know how to react after Pac won a decision. Most Pac nuthuggers will never give him credit if he doesn't finish his opponent.
But I have to agree with you about the slight improvements from Pac and looking quite good without knocking his opponent out. -
