Funny how Danny Garcia is worried about who gets a shot at Thurman or Porter, talking about Spence needs to fight Crawford. Why? they are both champions?
If Garcia feels he is an elite welterweight why isn't he just calling out Crawford or Spence?

Porter has no choice but to wait on Thurman because was granted a title match at the time of his choosing. In addition, Porter won a vacant title and has to complete two mandatory defences before he can make a unification match.
Not sure why Spence wasted so much time and energy chasing him down, surely someone in his management must've known this?

The WBC always bends rules for the sake of unification fights.

Sulaiman stated before the wbc conference that the wbc board would grant the unifcation with Spence if Porter made an official request for it.

The fact it wasn't ordered means Porter obviously, as expected, didn't make the request.
