Badou Jack and Marcus Browne are #1 and #2 in the WBC Rankings. Neither have a title, so their fight would be a non-title fight.

Should be Marcus Browne, both are #1 and #2 by the WBC and WBA so that fight only make sense to make next, unless Marcus goes the WBO route and wait for the winner of Alvarez vs Kovalev Rematch since he is already in Mandatory Position for it
