It’s cute you say that I’m a coward and then post the rhetoric about having never stepped into a ring. My amateur record is in my sig. 27 fights at Heavyweight until my injury. Have you stepped into the ring?
Oh so we now have a **** sizing contest!

Yes, I have. Not as many as 27 times but then again, I could just say that I've been in 300 times and you'd have no way to disprove it so saying that you've been in the ring 27 times means nothing to me. You could have lost all 27 bouts.

I have boxed at heavyweight but moved to MMA and have done for the last 2 years. I also served 9 years in the Military.

    Now your turn.

Happy for you. Thanks for your service. Wasn’t a **** measuring competition at all. You called me out for saying something I shouldn’t have unless I’ve “stepped into the ring” when I have.

No. AJ can say whatever he wants.

He doesn't talk much because it gives Wilder a platform to build his profile off the back of Joshua's name. For the same damn reason he said he might not let Wilder in the ring at the Parker fight.

        Wilder is a parasite.

So Hearn coming out and saying Fury and Wilder’s name every day is different?

            1. He doesn't claim to not talk about them and then does.

            2. Joshua's profile is already through the roof worldwide, he doesn't even need to put his name out there anymore.

Use your brain son. Through a combination of fighting top class guys and good promotion, Joshua built his profile.

Through a combination of shouting about Joshua and Fury, Wilder has elevated his profile. And not even that much. How many fans were at the recent press conferences? 100?

The reason he talks so much **** and courts controversy is because he is so unpopular.

This is fair to say. It cannot be one rule for one and not for another. Hearn is as bad a Wilder when it comes to hyping fights.

The only difference is that it's Hearn's job to talk. If Wilder worked for Matchroom it would be different.

It's also fair to say (what EnglishOxide said), Joshua is already way above Wilder in terms of his ability to sell. Wilder currently needs Joshua's name to increase his profile.

EDIT: Joshua v anyone, sells well in the UK.

                The offer was legit.
Sure! They wanted him to agree to it without any detail, terms or contract They refused to meet, even though Hearn was actually in NY and they had already set up a meeting... sounds legit! Also, after Wilder agreed to fight in the UK, they reneged on signing the contract, citing a lack of detail regarding the date and venue - some might say slightly hypocritical!
With all that being said however, I'd suggest that both sides are as bad as each other and are probably even working together to drive up the interest (and revenue) in the bout; and all of this rubbish about either fighter being too scared to go through with it is purely ignorant nonsense... they are trying to maximize their earnings and who can blame them?

For the record, I'm not a Joshua fanatic and couldn't say that he definitely wins a bout against Wilder, given Wilder's punching power and the fact that Joshua gets hit (although, I would slightly lean towards Joshua because of his boxing ability compared to Wilder's). I just wan't to see the best face each other and I'm sick of all the crap that's surrounding it. I'm certainly in no rush to see Joshua vs Whyte again, that's for sure!

Hearn knows once his little coward loses no one will follow him anymore. The Brits are not boxing fans they're just following what's hyped up at the moment, just like when Hatton was unbeaten..they really thought he'd beat mayweather lol. Why fight someone who will take his zero if he can fight bums and make money, his delusional drunk fan boys will pay for everything they're served. Everyone knows gayjay is ducking and hiding behind hearn. It so sad that an Irishman is defending their honor, someone who has balls to fight the best. Aj stans will enjoy his showdown against pulev

Joshua vs a mop will sell out in the UK, but Wilder is considered champ over here until the two fight. Just how it is. You have people like me who don’t think there’s a true champ until there’s an undisputed champ, you have Nationalists who will cheer for either just due to where they were born. I hate Eddie Hearn, that’s no secret. I’ve also made it no secret that I dislike Arum, Oscar, Haymon...if someone is a promoter I don’t like them. They’re cut from the same slime cloth as lawyers.

That said, would have been nice for Eddie to shut up about Wilder’s fight for a couple minutes to let people know that Danny Jacobs had a world title match in his home town a couple weeks ago...I don’t know how you can have a friendly, cancer survivor like Danny Jacobs fighting in his home town for a world title and nobody go...
