The Forrest fight was like 30 years ago. Mora fought way above his head against a guy who didn't take him seriously. We saw what happened in the rematch.

Mora is a good fighter. Smart. Good boxer. Tricky. But he didn't have the power to get GGG's respect and he's suseptable to getting drawn into brawls. He's got too much machismo for his own good. And while he moves well he's not elite there either. It would have been like the Monroe Jr fight but with a less athletic opponent.
