Well, Floyd sure can make headlines. A match against some young kid in Japan. I thought I was in the twilight zone reading this lol.

That said I'm sure it's a fixed fight.
he carried Conor lol. Also, if Conor landed a flush uppercut on Floyd and he didn't blink, what is the punch of a 120lbs guy gonna do? haha.
The event is a joke but if he can make good money then fair play.

I can respect Floyd for this. I hope it will be a kick boxing match not MMA.
The one thing I hated about McGregor when he came to boxing was how disrespectful he was to the art itself. Taking it for granted and acting like its one of the weakest tools in MMA and for that reason alone he can beat Mayweather.
Floyd not going straight to the UFC shows me he knows and accepts he is going into something similar but very different. Shows me he is serious and also RESPECTS the sport of MMA.
I'm still taking Floyd if its a kickboxing match.
MMA is a jack of all trades, but a master of none.
You're overthinking it.
it's an exhibition "fight" for a business investment/payday. That's all.

And what's even better is that he's not trying to chase big names, like McGregor, when Conor was doing that it was obvious he was after money. It's good that he wants tot taste waters, respect for him for challenging himself and trying something new, it's not hurting his boxing legacy in any way, he's one of the greatest boxers no matter what
Some posters saying he should've taken Khabib offer, are you crazy though? A grappler against the most dominant undefeated boxer in a boxing match is a freak show. A boxer against the most dominant undefeated MMA fighter in an octagon is a freak show. This fight doesn't need to happen under any circumstances, it's a disrespect to both boxing and MMA just like Floyd/McGregor was. No sense in comparing a shark to a tiger, different speciesLast edited by g27region; 11-05-2018, 06:07 AM.

Floyd trying to make some paper, while fighting a tune-up fight (unless this is a Kickboxing/MMA fight)! Money, do you, but please release Geronta "Tank" Davis? You're ruining this man's career! While you're at it, let Andrew Tabiti live too! You can't promote them, when you're out here promoting yourself!
