Yeah but you actually can tell if fight is a mismatch. There are casuals out there who actually thought Mcgregor stands a chance against Mayweather, I mean if you are that ******ed you will pay 100$ to watch that freak fight where long time world champion is taking on an amateur who never boxed in his life.

Sfloyd better be careful, this guy khabib is a ferocious guy its one thing to fight conor who has a boxing background and is a striker, but to lose in a cherry pick against a wrestler with no boxing background and wins most his fights by takedown and smother? Floyd should just fight a boxer next so even if he loses it wont be as embarrassing.

Lost a ton of respect for Mayweather for even attempting to swindle the public (yet again) by boxing Khabib, 95% of whose skill set is grappling.

The Conor fight was a freak show and a foregone conclusion, true, but it was vaguely intriguing due to Floyd's age/inactivity and Conor's seemingly hard punch/propensity for throwing hands.

This would be utterly farcical and I can't see it breaking a million buys.

This is BS! I hope Floyd never fights again, but this is BS from the UFC and Dana White! Your going to deny a fighter the opportunity to make a huge payday is just totally wrong! And as far as Mayweather fighting in the Octagon that’s also just BS! The man is 40 with no formal training in MMA. Mixed Martial Artist train in Boxing so it’s not a complete unknown to them to Box, However asking a 40 year old to step in the Octagon is just plan crappy. I would watch the fight like everyone else, so if they can Box Dana should let them. He shouldn’t be denying Khabib this opportunity! And if the opportunity does manifest itself Khabib should take it an settle his portion with the UFC later.
