Abel Sanchez is useless, garbage and sh¡t of a trainer
First was the Murat Gassiev loss, second was the Golovkin loss, third was the loss of a hot prospect who was unbeaten and fourth was the Ryan Martin loss, that is four consecutive. That is between July 21 to November 3 with a time frame of practically 3 1/2 months and all those fighters ware unbeaten before they lost. I don't advise fighters to get trained with Abel Sanchez. All those losses are in 2018. Abel Sanchez is useless, garbage and shit as a trainer with his old school training methods, not adjustment, not defense, not counter punching technique and footwork. And the worst of all, I don't believe in that bull shit of cutting off the ring, that is a lie of this son of a bitch. Overall, he is a liar. Please Joe Joyce, get out of this fucking of a excuse trainer ASAP!

It was similar in the Gassiev Usyk fight, where Gassiev was having his ears boxed off, but Abel’s didn’t offer anything specific to help his fighter turn the tide.
I would’ve liked to have seen him try a different approach with Martin after a couple of rounds. Realising that he’s frozen, maybe give him something specific to work on for a round - might have snapped Martin back to the present.
If Sanchez has seen any of Taylor’s fights, you know he’s going to heavily target the body - it was like there was no plan to nullify that. Nothing they’d worked on in the gym he could remind Martin of.
So is Abel good at conditioning, but tactically naive?
But what most fans don't realise is that footwork is key. Great footwork beats fast hands 9/10. Ryan had lead boots on.
Well I'm thinking that Abel has too many fighters at this point in time. He seems to be in the corner of major fights at least once if not twice a month. It's too much. I also don't like that he has a large belly. I'm not expecting every trainer to be super fit but lets face it being inside a gym dozens of hours a week should mean he has at least a couple spare hours to work out - so I see indiscipline there and from that I wonder if he is more driven by money now (= large number of boxers) than legacy as a coach - he doesn't have to prove anything 25 years after Terry Norris.

UK referees are fûck¡ng puss¡es, garbages and mediocre
I know Ryan Martin was going to lost anyway and in stoppage fashion, but that fucking referee was a mediocre for premature stopping a fight with a illegal shot to add insult. I hate UK pussies referees. I am salivating for the final of Josh Taylor vs Progais. I know both of them is going to win the semifinals.

Noone argued about the stoppage, and Abel wanted to pull him out in the 3rd, lol. Think the 4th or 5th there was a look in Martins eye he didnt want to continue.

Equally what could you do with Gassiev to prepare him for Usyk? Send him for private lessons with Floyd, maybe?
I ain't even saying Sanchez is that great a trainer, but damn, is hating on trainers a thing now? Some of these dudes just can't let it go

Now I am no way saying that Martin would have beat Taylor who seemed like the more polished fighter but it only took me 30 seconds into the 1st round to see that Martin had clearly over trained 4 the fight.
It seems that Abel has a tendency to over train his fighters up in big bear.. Not every body can train like GGG 24-7 they need rest and time off.. but anytime u see a fighter shaking out his arms in round 1 even before throwing a punch that's pretty much a dead giveaway he's over trained, also in between rounds his muscles appeared to be really tight looking like he had been lifting weights or something....
