Jorge Linares was a great win then and now, Antonio Demarco earned his ranking : Miguel Roman is challenging Miguel Berchelt for the WBC Super-featherweight title, Jorge Linares just fought top five P4P Vasyl Lomachenko defending this WBA lightweight title and was top 1-2 at lightweight and is now campaigning at 140 -- even John Molina went on to be top ten at lightweight when Demarco blew him out!

Even Robert Garcia said Mickey 'Sees Something' -- This is Mikey we are talking about! He has a history of picking his shots, Errol Spence is no P4P fighter as in Terence Crawford or Vasyl Lomachenko.

However, Lance Pugmire reported that Linares made out with $1.2M which would mean it was a 50/50 even split if that's true for a $2.4 million purse. Most credible sources though have Linares' split at $1M and Loma's at $1.2M.

Im pretty sure Loma got $1.5 and Linares $1 mill. 60/40

I can't even find a single credible source stating that Loma got $1.5M. The only "sources" that state that are a couple boxing forums. The LA Times, ESPN, Forbes, even both of their Wikipedia pages state that Loma didn't make $1.5M, he made $1.2M with Linares' split being $1M. Only Pugmire from The LA Times reported Linares' split as $1.2M with all the rest showing $1M. It was a 55/45 split according to most credible sources. If you don't believe that then find a credible source showing the $1.5M split for Loma.

Back up your talk BIG BOI.

            You got nothing.

Dude. You've talked so much **** this is personal for me now. You wanna act like a tough dude on forums?

I'm a boxing fan first and foremost. I'm nearing the end of my career in another sport I play and will be transitioning to boxing/mma next year full time. No more football.

I work a job with a lot of OT to afford the things I want and one of those things I'm considering is an short brief amateur career.

You dont know what I look like and I personally dont give a **** what you look like. You could be black, white, Mexican, 6 feet tall, 2 feet tall. But what I want to know is how much you weigh.

I weigh a stocky 200lbs now because of the sport I play, but I'm gonna be cutting down enough to fight at 160 next year.

Those are my goals. Added to that list of goals is wanting you to put your money where your mouth is.

This is not a threat but a friendly challenge. I have no problem traveling to you. Get your boxing liscense and I'll fight you at whatever weight class you weigh.

            Are you scared?

I'm not. You got the $$$$ and you're such a big fan of the sport. Come on.

If ****ing KSI and YouTube scrubs can do boxing matches so can we.

Sounds like an excuse and sounds like racial bias to me.

              Care to explain?

Is it because mikey is Mexican and G is a eurobum? Tell me your reasoning.

dude...it can be challenging to have a decent conversation or healthy debate about boxing with some of the converted Canelo fans (Mayweather fans in disguise) but rest assured, it IS possible...they're not bad, just emotionally over-invested into the fighters they support...it's all cool, in the end, it involves a sport we all love, otherwise we wouldn't be here...

Just read your challenge to Shadow, by the way....got my Pop Secret in the microwave and looking forward to his reply ....

Top Rank (or Bob Arum for that matter) isn't blocking the Loma fight with Mikey. That narrative, while patently false, is funny considering that Arum is around Mikey's brother and trainer Robert almost every weekend including last Saturday. Props to KMB for providing the transcripts to these recent interviews with Robert Garcia.

Reporter: Besides the Spence fight, the other super fight or fantasy fight that fans want is him [Mikey] versus Lomachenko.

Robert Garcia: Definitely. I think that's probably the fight that everybody would probably prefer seeing first. And, I've talked to Top Rank about it. Bob Arum himself told me that's the fight they want. Everybody at Top Rank wants that fight, and, so would I. That's the fight that needs to happen and I think it will happen. It should happen, hopefully by next year.

Reporter: How does it get made? You make it sound so easy.

Robert Garcia: Because it's easy to make. You know, it's just something that Mikey and Top Rank have to come out with a good agreement. The deals that Mikey's getting right now, fighting on his own and doing his own thing, he's getting paid very well. And, you know, for him to do something with Bob Arum they obviously have to come out to agreement where Mikey is making the money that he deserves and that he's been making. And Arum has to be ok with whatever Lomachenko gets paid. I really don't know what Lomachenko makes. So, they gotta work out the trust. But, I think it's a fight that definitely should happen. And, it's easy to make.

                    I get you.

                    I understand 100%.

It's just like politics. But dude, to deny the reality, LIKE CLIMATE CHANGE, is ****ing ridiculous. It's real and however you cut it relevant.

The problem is this. If you got the balls to insult me and continuously make false allegations I'm not okay with that.

You think words are without consequence? Check my history and I feel I'm pretty objective. Especially when it comes to boxing and styles. Analyzing who would win and who wouldn't. I wont always be right but I support my reasoning with with substance and not this fangirl ****.

It's disgusting and it's a big black mark on the sport I love. I'm converting from football to boxing/mma because I'm getting older. I'm not even a big guy. Just a guy who loves the sport.

I was gonna box anyways next year. I have friends who train. I know people who train. I'm getting prepared.

So calling out shadow isnt even a big deal for me because I was gonna fight regardless or not. Its something I want to do, to experience the sport first hand in REAL competition.

I'm not saying I'm good or will go pro, but I want that experience. To test myself.

Let's see if shadow has the balls too or if hes all talk. I'm just a casual but I'm preparing myself to box for real?

That dude needs to shut the **** up or accept the challenge I offered. I have no problems flying to where he is and fight in a gym.

I'm no ****ing thug. If he accepts we can set up the conditions.

                    • What about Loma himself not wanting the Mikey fight next or even his manager? Another narrative killed.

Robert Garcia: I told you guys, I've met with Bob Arum. That's the only thing he talks [about] is Mikey versus Loma.

Elie Seckbach: He told me the same thing. Loma wants the fight, I've talked to Loma many times.

Robert Garcia: Klimas [Loma's manager] wants it.

Robert Garcia: So, we want it.

Elie Seckbach: Loma's very serious. After he beats Pedraza he'll have two belts at 35. [And] Mikey, unification.

Robert Garcia: No, no. He [Loma] is very serious about it.

Elie Seckbach: That could be a Pay-Per-View fight!

Robert Garcia: Definitely could. It is a big Pay-Per-View fight. [inaudible] Really good numbers.
