Why fight spence when you can fight Ugas?

Why fight a top ww when you can fight a 35 pounder?

Seems like its leading to that though.
When they were in the ring after Porter's last fight it seemed like they were ready and willing to face each other next. Porter said it would be the easiest fight to make in boxing. I don't buy that Spence vs Mikey is that much bigger than a welterweight unification either

Sh^t idk I'm just hoping. It would be a smart strategy if they are switching to a more PPV-centric model.

Lol and what makes you think Mikey has to sit and wait on Lomachenko? They still can fight. According to you guys on boxingscene losses don’t matter anyway. Lomachenko lost to Salido but that didn’t stop him from fighting Gary Russell Jr

Well it's not like Mikey is going to lose a split decision. I see him getting battered in this fight, I think it will ruin his career. He needs to fight Loma first. After Pedraza, Loma would fight Mikey..they all agreed to it. There is a dream match up in Mikey's on weight class waiting for him in 2019 vs arguably the p4p #1 guy to become undisputed lightweight champion of the world. The Spence fight ruins that ****. But instead he goes on to fight a big welterweight that most people don't give him a chance of winning. But i guess money talks huh.

Yeah. You and I both...and...Well, Porter has always been willing to fight the best at 147.
