Vargas is one of the weakest title holders and he still hasnt fought anybody. I thought Hugo Ruiz was gonna get a shot and he would have beaten Vargas imo.

Shiiiiii. Vargas is the real deal. He might of fought some people you don't know, but I promise you this is a threat to anyone who steps in the ring with him I don't know why people sleep on him...but Negrete, Rios, McDonnell, Hovhannisyan. are all tough outs at 22.

Vargas could possibly be the best in this division. I see it as a three man race with Dogboe, Diego, and Rey.
