Well I 5 of Cosme's fights in southern california with fighters at his levels about 3-4 years ago. These are really small venues and indian casino stuff. I think two were for NABF title were he won and lost.

The guy isn't a body ****er, isn't a KO artist, isn't a slugger, doesn't hit that hard, and isn't an orthordox fighter. He uses head movement, footwork, siwtches stance to confuse fighters and create angles to score, counter, and box. If my assessment of a C level slick boxer is wrong than correct me. I guess you must have seen more of his fights than me or your his trainer.

I actually expected Rivera to give Judah lots of trouble because I do remember River from the Western Fourm days, don't recall seeing him fight but i remember people say he is a tough fighter and i was really surprised how he got ko'd by Judah. Maybe he was star struck i don't know.
