  • Jacobs wants fights that will "solidify" his legacy??

Danny's got a legacy? Lost to Golovkin and went the distance with Arias, Sulecki and Derevyanchenko.
Sorry Danny, not bad but way short of legacy status.
The boxing hype machine never stops working.

Have to agree, he got a title vs a sparringpartner in a razorclose fight. He also has a pretty scarce following, his last fight sold less than 5k tickets. Danny needs to fight Charlo, that fight might attract some people and build up his resume.

He's been taking on undefeated fighters left and right. And now he's a two-time world champ whose only loss came from a UD against GGG.

He has his flaws, but he deserves a little bit of credit.

Pirog knocked him out too but I get what you're saying.

Some big fights to be made at MW.

Yeah he's comfortably the #3 at middleweight. Would be a solid contender in any era

            The gall of this forum.

Derv, Sulecki, and Arias were undefeated fighters who had never been dropped before facing Jacobs... Oh yeah, he kicked GGG's ass in a clear win and KO'd Peter Quillin in 90 seconds... Just for schits and giggles, he dropped Sergio Mora 7-9 times... Lost count

Some of you guys are hilarious

Canelo himself even admitted, Daniel Jacobs beat GGG before he did.

Jacobs is the real uncrowned king at 160

Jacobs has to beat the top two guys to claim he's the best at MW.
That means Alvarez and GGG, hope he gets a shot.
When he says no rematch with GGG cause he's got no title, Jacobs shows he don't get the legacy thing.

Agreed, except the part about him kicking Golovkin's ass. He put up a good fight, but he lost.

GGG ducked a rematch with Jacobs for a reason... If I'm Jacobs, I wouldn't give that little b1tch the time of day

G won't even fight Charlo for Christ sake... Jacobs already mentally tamed the lion and wants him in the ring as well

G just needs to retire and go away... Let the real elite of the division hash it out

He's doing fine. Devreychenko is an excellent win, he ran GGG close, blew out Quillin (as an underdog), beat Sulecki who was a good unbeaten fighter. He's got other solid wins too and has overcame a devastating loss from earlier in his career.

At 31, he's in his prime and a tough out for anyone under 175. He has Charlo shook too.
