From what I understand Pac wanted another fight first before he considered Mikey. Mikey needs a fight sooner than Pac would be available, so do the Spence fight, then do Pac or Loma.

If Mikey does very well vs Spence or wins, it opens up a whole new weight for him. He's the same size as Pac and Pac has been fighting 147, and Mikey is technically better than pac.
