Both Machado and Tank would be among the most talented guys that Uchiyama would face and both fights would be explosive shoot outs.
Going back to Machado's tough fights with Morales and Jezreel - I think Uchiyama would deal with him. Probably just a bit sharper and heavier hitter. Tough fight though.
Gervonta fight would be similar, but Tank seems a bit slicker and even more explosive, so I'd make him a favorite definitely... but We don't yet know How He takes a shot.
Shame that in his prime, Uchiyama didn't get that career defining fight. Remember when Bob wanted to make Mikey vs Uchiyama in Macau, before Mikey decided to try to break his contract. I was really excited about it back then.

Not good at hypothetical fights, but I'd love to see Davis vs Loma, Mikey, Machado, Berchelt, Farmer, and all comers. In any order, between 130 and 135.
Floyd should get his shit together and fight this young cub at least 4 times a year, even 3. What a waste!

Loma is fighting the guy Davis beat the shit out of next, followed maybe by Mikey (I don't believe it), maybe another fight after that.
Davis will probably fight Mares (please no), Farmer, Machado, or someone else within the top 10 ranks. The soonest I can see it happening is 2020, with all these promotional divide BS.
It might not even happen.
