Yep, a few months ago it was GGG, Murata and Saunders with the belts, now its Canelo, Brant, Jacobs and Andrade.

      It's not much different.

It's Canelo, Golovkin, Jacobs at the top with Charlo and Andrade still trying to prove themselves. Brant got a belt of off Murata but even with that win/ belt he still hasn't fought the best guys in the division. Saunders win over DL was good but not many people viewed Lemieux as a brilliant fighter. The only real new and unexpected arrival in the last 5 months is Brant.

MW was always a solid division IMO.

I think the top players are still pretty much the same, even if the belts have changed hands...

Canelo, Golovkin, Jacobs still kinda top of the pile - maybe Saunders too, though we'll have to wait and see with that one... Jermall, Andrade potentially up there too with a decent MW win, Derevyanchenko hustling around the edges maybe with Brant a slightly menacing unknown quantity (talented for sure, but it's hard to know how to weigh the Murata win)...

What is interesting that it's become a much younger division over the last coupla years, also there's a weight of American fighters moving into the division - and there'll come more as the guys who were boiling down to 154 hit 30 or decide the chance of the Canelo payday make the move worth it. Gonna be hot division over the coming years, although it was never quite as bad as some claimed.

160 is good because of the ease it is to make these top fighters actually fight each other.
147 is starting To become a joke to me.

Mw was weak for years. Now with smw moving up to follow canelo is it finally competitive. The whole Sergio Martinez ducking to ggg ducking Era is finally over.
