Pulev deserved to win, he showed that he's a much better boxer and I can't complain about the scorecards too much (118-110 maybe a little too wide.) I don't think either trouble the top guys though. I think Pulev at this point in time is a little too small and light-handed to dethrone Joshua, Wilder, or the better Fury, or even the likes of Ortiz or Miller, for instance. Fury on the other hand showed that he doesn't have the punch variety to break down a decent defence consistently, he threw a couple of body shots and uppercuts early on but other than that it was just sloppy 1-2s that missed constantly. I'm not even sure he threw a decent left hook, much less landed one. Also showed that he has a suspect gas tank. I think he's found his place as a third-tier fighter, while Pulev is like lower second tier.

        Still counts though!

Think Tyson is just an awkward prospect for any heavy. He’s massive, heavy, long, has good movement... watching the Klitschko fight that night, he just didn’t seem to be able to pin Tyson down. Terrible fight to watch, but you can’t use that fight to say Tyson has bad technique.

I have 1 question: who in the fck told hughie he can compete at hw? He should've taken the Tony Bellend route or tried to drain himself down to CW,after all you got 6'+ Charlos boiling down to JMW/MW so surely Hughie could drain down to CW if he finally stopped lying to himself that hes an elite HW.

He’s an awkward size Fury, weighed in at 16st 12lbs tonight, so 2st 8lbs to lose to make Cruiser.

Probably too big for Cruiser, too small for elite heavies.

But his conditioning looked really poor tonight, looking at his love handles he might actually have 2 stone to lose!
