  • Comments Thread For: Kell Brook Return Set Down For December 8 in Sheffield

Eddie Hearn, promoter for former IBF welterweight world champion Kell Brook (37-2, 26 KOs), has announced that his boxer will return on December 8th in Sheffield. Back in March, Brook made his junior middleweight debut when he blew away Sergey Rabchenko in two rounds at Sheffield Arena. The victory was his first in nearly two years, after suffering back to back knockout defeats.

Brook needs to stop mentioning Khan at every single opportunity! My goodness! The man is starting to sound absolutely desperate at this point!

We can make Brook vs Hurd, Brook vs Charlo, Brook vs Ali, Brook vs Jrock,... That's what came out of Hearns mouth, but he then makes Hearn vs some bums. Same thing with Khan, mentions all top WWs and has him fighting nobodies.

Eddie has absolutely NOTHING for him at 147 and 154 so this fight will be vs a sh_t opponent at 150 as he hopes, wish and pray that Khan fights him next

He's going to have some tune-up now against welterweight at a catchweight... all that leading to a fight that isn't even any good anymore, 5 years past it sell date at least.

Looks like it's just road to retirement payday at this point for Brook and Khan... well, good luck, but it's not too interesting.
At least Khan beat some good fighters and was a top fighter at 140. Brook spent all of his career fighting euro bums and turning down fights against good fighters. Biggest win is Porter and only face 3 top names after being a pro for 11 years.

Funny how Hearn mentions that fighters need to go to DAZN to fight certain top names but he won't allow Brook to go to Showtime and fight all the champions they have.

Exactly! With 147 and 154 being stacked on that side of things maybe that is where Eddie should send him especially if the Khan fight doesn't happen

Jeez .. I wish Kel would forget about Amir Khan and start trying to do something at 154 instead.

Could Kell fight Beefy, or is that a political impossibility?
