I know that feeling all too well. It's scary and it feels like no one else could ever understand.
Fury is the man. #depressionisreal

Alcohol's absolutely as bad - or the the cheap 'phet I used to do for that matter, hell if you're predisposed even a smoke won't do you any good - just send you into your own head. Problem is when you're depressed that **** often seems like a good idea - anything to try lift the gloom... except what you generally end up with is a double helping of remorse to go with your hangover or comedown and you're still depressed. Opiates numb everything, of course, but then that's not really a solution I'd recommend either, cos you still gotta deal with your **** when/if you come out the other end.
Exercise and good diet are the best ways to deal with it - except the exact problem is that you can't be fucked exercising or eating well cos that's exactly what depression does (in my experience anyway) -saps every bit of will or energy or motivation - even to do the things which your logical brain knows might help.
EDIT: That said, I still think Fury is a bit of ****.Last edited by Citizen Koba; 10-28-2018, 07:04 AM.Comment

I've been there man, when I look back I can't believe how weak I was, It was like I was a different person.
Once you understand how your brain works you can manage it, just takes time. Sometimes you need to go to the bottom before you wake up.Comment

Fury is a failure and a pathetic excuse for a man. Bombsquad will finish him out. This fight is a farce, Fury fought a cruiserweight who took an obvious dive and some other random cab driver in order to fool the public that he has a chance to be champion again and is "back" now. Fury is also a confirmed steroid cheat and was confirmed to be on steroids just prior to his greatest win of his career. Only a complete loser would find this steroid cheat, lazy drug user an inspiration.Comment
