I think Monroe should legit do his talking in the ring. And like realllllllly "talk" in the ring. Cuz I definitely think he's a talented guy, but he boxes like he doesn't know what winning a round looks like or how to go about it or sometimes he seems unsure that punching the other guy is what'll win him a fight. I couldn't have been more disappointed in how he fought in the BJS fight & idk how he could look himself in the mirror or continue his career after that fight. He needs to be for real or gtfo of the sport.

I don't think Monroe really gots the heart for this game...which is weird to say cuz I thought he showed more heart to get as far as he did vs GGG as competitively as he did which no one was really doing very much of back then. Often I feel like these guys who show some big heart once get into a mindset of "I don't wanna do that sh^t again" & just don't suddenly turn into Gatti in every fight or when push comes to shove. I think Monroe might be one of those guys that his hardest fight made him a weaker fighter instead of a stronger fighter like it does to other guys.

We will see...but I think the fight against BJS was basically BJS at his best and Willie just couldn't quite compete at that level...Willie was expecting to go out there and box nice and smooth and outbox BJS...but BJS was able to box and really use his size well and moved very well in there too...It wasn't really complete domination, BJS just did what he usually does when he is on, he ends most of the rounds with the viewer thinking - yeah that was definitely a Saunders round...I think it took Willie by surprise, how active and bullying Saunders was...I mean BJS looked like a cokehead with how active he was, he was great in that fight...and probably clearly using PEDs then as well (but all these guys probably are).

I think Monroe has heart, I think that BJS just overwhelmed him. Charlo presents his own challenges but I think Monroe will have his moments boxing against Charlo...hell Heiland honestly did and he was basically on one leg. Basically, unless Charlo just completely physically dominates Monroe, Willie will have a decent chance to win rounds in this one...BJS and GGG were great amateurs so an inability to nick rounds against those guys is not that surprising.
