Is he so far behind developmentally in his boxing aptitude that he's not even able to fight journeymen in his own weight class?

I wonder when the "Samoan Slammer" of Parker vs Fa will be? Hopefully it's a slow build-up, as neither has anyone interesting to fight in their part of the world other than each other. I'd like to see both fighting in Europe/USA again at some point, when both are ready to forgo home comforts.
Browne and Leapai are both too old to fight the younger lions, and need to consider retirement. However the old dogs facing each other as chief support for Parker-Fa could stir up some interest.
