I’m not a massive fan of amateur boxing because it’s rife with terrible decisions (Yoka beating Joyce is a disgrace to me) but nearly every sport with judges in the Olympics is ruined by judging so boxing shouldn’t be a scapegoat.

it is corrupt, but goddamn, boxing is one of the original olympic sports, can't imagine it's much in the spirit of things if trampoline is in there, but boxing isn't...

No it needs to stay gone until everyone at the top is fired. They don't even try to hide the corruption anymore. This past one I saw Conlan beat that Russian to a pulp and still lose.

He said it best "Amatuer Boxing is Corrupt to the CORE"

Until the corruption is stemmed, Boxing should not be in the Olympics. It's a dirty sport, and the IOC allowing it a spot is just enabling the problem.

Force accountability, and tell those responsible that until they sort their s**t out, they're on the outer.

If they got rid of boxing in the Olympics replace it with mma since it seems to have caught up world wide with itd be competitive wouldnt take much for a Thai to learn judo with their Muay Thai a jap to learn judo r jui jitsu with there karate same with Korean with Thai Kwon doe a Russian using sambo khabib r schlemenko style or a western European adding wrestling to there Dutch kickboxing a Brazilian using bjj with there Muay Thai n an American using whatever works because we always absorb everybody else culture n Mix it up a mid eastern adding wrestling to there kickboxing n an African adding some ground game to there boxing

I hope all current legends join in this cause, like George Foreman

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I am sad If boxing don't exists anymore in the Olympics. I hope George Foreman voice reach the IOC. Now there a few people who admitted they don't like amateur boxing. This surprised me to the fullest.

I'd be gutted to see boxing taken out of the Olympics.
