That is a bit unreasonable because Manny hasn't defeated any ATG at WW. You are taking what he did at the lower weights and applying them to WW which isn't right.

Above 147 Manny's official record is 11-4, 12-4 if you include Cotto at 145. IMO he won the 1st Tim fight and beat Horn, but maybe lost the JMM 3 fight. Lets call it 13-3 or 14-2, whichever you wish
