But this lot were on some type of PED before they turned pro. Even fighters that look flabby can be on PED.

Yes. James Toney. Biggest joke ever is that people think they can confirm or rule out peds based on body type. If someone has a body builder huge build or made a dramatic change in their body, like Sullivan did, ok its probably safe to assume they used. But people think they can rule out fat guys from using, not true at all.

If you look at actual cases of palumboism it's quite easy to see that not only is there malformation at the front, but also as the stomach comes round to the oblique and sides causing bulge around these areas too.

Joshua doesn't have this... He has very good muscle structure on his internal and external obliques. he suffers from poor form.. he slouches which you can see prominently in his lower back and simply due to his size and weight he will belly breathe causing him to look quite bloated in a bad camera shot.

He also hasnt won the natural lottery when it comes to his Linea alba or rectus abdominis... They have no symmetry at all making his abdomen appear malformed to those who don't necessarily know what they're looking at.

He wouldn't win any body building competitions put it that way.

Couldn't say if he's taken at some point in his life..but whatever it is if he had, it wasn't anything related to palumboism.
OK cool, thanks for getting back. I'll give him the benefit then, based on the opinion of someone who seems to know what they're talking about. Like you said he always looks bloated at weigh ins to me, when all boxers, even heavyweights, should have empty or near enough empty stomachs. Maybe it's just his genetics and bulk. He doesn't look how a boxer should to me, more an excess calorie smashing weight lifting guy.

You'll be searching for a long time to find a heavyweight who's hungry on the scales lol

lmao why would they have or need empty stomachs ? that would be terrible prep for a heavyweight

For this 18 year old "making his pro debut", well that means hes been untested for a while. We seen how fat his family gets with their genetics. Hughie never blew up like Tyson as far as I know but he always looks soft. Pretty obvious this guy is juiced to the gills.
I thought Hughie was just a cousin?

which is even funnier, since he looks more like Tyson.

OK well heavyweights may have a full stomach at weigh ins, no other weight class should though.
Why would it would be productive for a heavyweight to stuff himself for a weigh in though? Unless he was desperately trying to weigh as heavy as he possible could. Joshua's gut always looks bloated to me, no other heavyweight looked like that on the scales, apart from maybe Bruno.
