Amateur lightweight is 132 with same day weigh-ins. I think he or his father wanted to go fight at the higher weight as a challenge too since he’d won gold at feather already.

    Good attempt at hating though.

Great big fat slow guy with a pumpkin head. He is the only fighter in the history of the game that his genetics is fundamentally F#ucked. His frame is probably 135lbs. His body density is more equipped for 140lbs but his head size definitely belongs in the 147 or 154lb division. He has a stamina of a muscle head Rikers island inmate

Mikey Garcia is filled in at 135lbs, with eyes on 140 (and even some big fights above 140) once he's cleaned up at 135lbs.

Hopefully his "getting accustomed to the weight" doesn't stall anything else out.

He shouldn’t fight Mikey even if they were the same size. He WONT get away with all his bad habits with Mikey. It will be Prince Hamed vs Barrera all over again.

Could be 50 maybe 100 years before we see someone do another 'Pacman' and sail through all those weight classes in style.

Mikey's likely going to eventually fill out at 140lbs, but any fight at 147 would be akin to Floyd fighting at 154lbs.

Lomachenko has gotten to where he was heading.
how can mikey fill out at 140 when u said Loma who is an inch taller u said already maxed out lol. Lol u don’t think before u talk. Loma is really a 130 pound fighter and Mikey a 135. Thy both will get to 140 and mikey will at some pine cherry pick a 147 title. what u say about Loma is also true about Mikey.

Also, he moved up because that is the weight he evened out at doing the training and constantly refueling during competitions.
                yes they cut weight.

amateur competition has same day weigh ins.

But you're not in 12 round fighting condition after a 3 month training camp... you also need energy to fight multiple times over a long period, you balance your training and weight out and fight at your amateur weight..... your pro weight is always less, always.

Because Mikey Garcia is the bigger man, regardless of height.

Mikey Garcia and Vasyl Lomachenko are basically the same age; Mikey has fought and even held his power at 144, while Lomachenko is still finding his way at 135lbs.

Fight fit, ignoring the weight cut, Mikey Garcia is simply a bigger person than Lomachenko is, and this talk leaves even less doubt as to that.

D00de, Klimax is a horrible translator, half the time the guy says something barely related, both translating Loma and translating for Loma. He is by far the worst translator I've saw as far as it comes to Russian speaking fighters and anything boxing.
